Vegetables:
• Broccoli (甘蓝)
• Cucumber (黄瓜)
• Tomatoes(西红柿)
Why Broccoli? This vegetable has the highest amount of Vitamin C, so eat your veggies.

Why Cucumber? Because it contains Vitamin C and Vitamin A, lack of Vitamin A could probably be the only reason your getting acne.
